Please Read Carefully as By Purchasing An Item From PLODIT LTD, The Buyer Acknowledges That they have Read, Understood And Accepted Our Full Refund & Returns Policy

At Plodit ltd we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their orders and with the service that we provide.  However on rare occasions, things may not go to according to expectations.  In such events, you can be rest assured that we shall strive to resolve them to your satisfaction as part of our effort to increase our reputation and quality of service.

Item Not As Described/Damaged/ Incorrect Book

Customers will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if it is a result of an error of Plodit Ltd. To qualify under this term, buyers must contact Plodit within 7 days of receiving your item purchased. We will then respond to your correspondence and If we agree, you'll receive return shipping procedures instruction from us. Once we agree you must  return your item directly to Plodit Ltd in its original packaging within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in to receive a full refund. Please note that the buyer will not be required to pay for the return postage and we will give full instructions on how to return the item. Customers are advised to keep all packaging in the event the item is received damaged as you will be required to return the damage package as part of our retun procedures.

However if we find the item is as described then customers will be requested to return the item at their own cost.

Book Not Received

Plodit Customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your book does not arrive by 20 working days after our book dispatch email notification for UK Customers. Customers from Europe are eligible for full refund after 25 working days and worldwide customers are eligible for full refund after 30 working days after book dispatch email notification. 

In the event your item is returned to us as a result of incomplete address, incorrect address, items unclaimed at the postal depo or any other similar issue then we shall only refund the cost price of book charged only.

We do not accept generally books back if you change your mind. We advice our customers to be 100% certain that the book they are ordering is the correct item and correct edition.

Please note that from time to time books get revised and updated. On rare occassions customers may receive an updated newer version book to that is advertised as all our books are new and come direct from the publisher. By purchasing a book from Plodit ltd, you agree that you are happy to receive revised updated copy of item advertised.

Customers who require a particular edition or cover should email us before purchasing the item.

Important notes

If plodit provide you with tracking information which indicates that your book has been delivered then your claim for non received book shall become void.

Please note we shall only refund customers once we receive your book back. If we do not receive your book then your refund will be cancelled by us.

A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return of the book. Failure to provide this copy will result in your claim being not processed and void.

Approval is required before returning any book. Please do not return any books to plodit ltd until you have received approval.

Shrink-wrapped items that have been unwrapped are not returnable.

We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error
